Income Tax Preparation
The beginning of every year marks the start of income tax season which can be a little stressful. We provide many different services for businesses and individuals to help you prepare for tax filing as well as filing your income taxes in a timely and efficient manner.

For businesses we offer services to fill out W-2 and 1099 forms as well as various reports based on income and expenses for your company to prepare you for filing income taxes.

Individuals and business employers are able to file their returns with us two different ways. One is to set up a sit down appointment with a tax professional who will walk you through your return and answer any questions you may have resulting in you leaving that same day with your return finalized. The second way is to simply drop off your information and we will call you when it has been completed.
On-Site Services
Here at Lakeside Bookkeeping we understand that for some people it can be nearly impossible to leave the office, or they may already have an accounting software and cannot transfer over all of the data.
In situations such as these we offer on-site appointments where one of our experts will travel to your business and fulfill your payroll and bookkeeping needs. We also offer the option for us to connect directly to your company's PC through 'GoToMyPC' and 'TeamViewer' softwares for payroll and bookkeeping services.

Payroll
We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll services for several businesses in Broome County and the surrounding areas.

Depending on your business needs we provide direct deposit options, printed checks, and pay stubs. Reports are provided each pay period containing accurate payroll summaries, payroll liabilities, and payroll transactions. We also provide employers with the option for us to schedule liability payments. We include reports showing employers how much is owed and when the payment is scheduled with a confirmation code.
